Before using any services offered by Strip Buyer Surplus or conducting business with us, you must read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined below. By accessing our website or doing business with Strip Buyer Surplus, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use our services.

Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to sell products or use our services.

Product Requirements:
We only accept factory-sealed diabetic supplies that meet our brand and expiration date requirements. Supplies that are opened, tampered with, expired, close to expiration (short-dated), or have damaged packaging or unreadable expiration dates will not be eligible for payment or return.

Packaging Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to securely pack your items. Strip Buyer Surplus is not liable for any damages that occur during shipping and cannot offer full payment for damaged supplies.

Shipping Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for lost packages or those marked as delivered by USPS prematurely. If an issue arises, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Accepted Products and Brands:
Only brands and products listed on our website or pre-approved by us will be eligible for payment. Any unlisted items sent without prior approval will be donated unless you request a return within seven (7) days, subject to a return shipping fee.

Damage and Labeling:
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs under labels. Items affected by label removal, missing parts, or damage may receive reduced payment or no payment at all.

Return Policy:
If you would like your items returned, you must request a return within seven (7) days from the date we receive them. Requests made after this period will not be honored.

Payment Terms:

  • Payments are processed within 24–48 hours after your shipment has been inspected.

  • Payment options include PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or check.

  • PayPal fees are your responsibility.

  • Providing incorrect payment information is your responsibility and may delay payment.

Ownership Confirmation:
By sending your supplies to us, you certify that you legally own them and have the right to sell. Upon receipt and inspection, all items become the property of Strip Buyer Surplus.

Prohibited Items:
We do not accept test strips or supplies purchased through Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government-funded program.

Check Delivery:
Checks typically arrive within 5–7 business days but may take up to 14 days. If a check is lost, you must request a stop payment. Reissuing a check can take up to 14 business days.

Legal Compliance:
By using our services, you agree that your transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal disputes must be resolved exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive your right to a jury trial and agree to pursue claims individually.

Consent to Communication:
You consent to receive communications via call, text, and email from Strip Buyer Surplus and its affiliates regarding your transactions and promotional offers.

Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited strictly to the assigned value of your supplies. We are not responsible for any additional direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Market Value Disclaimer:
Prices assigned to your supplies are based on current market rates and are subject to change without notice.

Prescription Compliance:
Selling your diabetic supplies to us does not affect your prescription or treatment plan. All supplies must be sealed, non-expired, and legally yours to sell.

Policy Changes:
Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Please review them periodically to stay updated before selling to Strip Buyer Surplus.
